Hexometer Updates: Get alerts when page speed performance drops

This week our developers have added a powerful new feature to the Hexometer.com performance section which now alerts you when your performance metrics dip by a pre-defined threshold.

With Google rolling out web vitals performance metrics as a ranking signal next month, this new update will give you a heads up before page speed issues have a chance to affect your rankings.

With our latest update you can now get notified as soon as significant changes are detected to time to first byte (TTFB), first contentful paint (FCP), largest contentful paint (LCP) or time to interactive.

We automatically monitor your homepage and our smart crawler checks your most important pages for issues, but we recommend setting up dedicated performance monitors on your most important pages for continuous monitoring of your key landing pages or lead capture pages.

We are committed to providing our clients with peace of mind and we’re excited about this new update which will help you monitor your site’s performance so that you can be proactive in fixing any issues before they have a chance to affect your business.
